Change the account holder
The Fluxiom account holder is the person who originally set up your Fluxiom account. The account holder is the only person that can access the “Account” page, up/downgrade the account, change billing information, view past invoices, and cancel the account.
- Go to Account > Overview
- On the overview page scroll down to Transfer account ownership
- From the drop down choose one of the existing users to be the new account holder.
- To ensure the security of your account you have to provide your password to save the changes
- Click Transfer account ownership to save your changes.
