Account cancellation
While we are sad to see you go, we know that Fluxiom is not for everyone.
Before you cancel your account we recommend to export your files (described at the end of this help document). Please also consider downgrading your account as an alternative option.
Once your account is cancelled, all your files and data stored in your account will be immediately and permanently deleted.
To cancel your account:
- Go to Account > Overview
- On the Overview page scroll down to Account Cancellation
- Click on Cancel account
Only the account holder can cancel the account. The Fluxiom account holder is the person who originally set up your Fluxiom account.
- Provide your password
- Click Cancel account
After you successfully canceled you receive an e-mail confirmation.
Export your assets before cancellation
- Go to Account > Overview
- On the Overview page scroll down to Export Assets
- Click on Export assets
Depending on the amount and size of your files this process can take some time.
